Having a healthy lifestyle (eating healthy and working out) is also something really important and very beneficial. Fact : Working out makes your body releases Dopamine which is a hormone that makes you feel happy.
A part of your lifestyle is also what clothes do you like to wear. For example If I saw someone wearing a shirt of a rock band I would easily tell that he/she listens to rock music, goes to rock concerts, etc. So make sure to let people know you better without even talking to you by wearing the clothes that you like and represent your lifestyle.
Being in a relationship is a great way to express your feelings and tells so many things about you. Your boyfriend/girlfriend represents your taste to women/men.
